Payment & Production: 
As soon as we have received payment we will endeavor to complete your order as soon as we possibly can but due to these unpredictable 
times stock availability and delivery times can be disrupted so please bear with us as inevitably this is beyond our control.

Personalisation: 
All garments are personalised in 1 position to the left breast except for the caps and beanies which are on the front.

Non Standard Garment Colours or Personalisation: 
We try and make our online shop as slick as possible but we can also personalise non standard garments in a variety of other colours too, 
we can also personalise in more than one position, please call or email us with your requirements and we will do the rest.

Products & Textiles: 
Quality, fit or sizing issues are all controlled by the manufacturer and therefore any issues need to be taken up directly with the manufacturer by 
us on the client’s behalf. These garments are sometimes requested back to the manufacturers for quality tests.

Washing & Textile Care: 
Embroidered garments should be laundered to the garment’s own washing instructions whilst printed garments should be washed inside out at 
no more than 40 degrees in non-biological detergent with like colours. IRON ON REVERSE (do not iron over image/print) do not bleach, do not
tumble dry or do not dry clean.

Postage: 
We usually send items out by the most economical method giving you the customer the best deal and therefore these can not always be tracked.
